The luckiest weekend of the year starts this Friday. St Patrick's Day celebrations are livening up the days in the Bay with exciting nighttime pub crawls in accompaniment. Oakland Restaurant Week is bringing our palates to life, and Women's History Month is bringing us film screenings with perspective and perseverance.
