With fall here, and winter quickly approaching, we want to encourage everyone to jump on BART and partake in a unique activity. So, grab a coat and continue reading to find a great list of things to do inside when the weather cools down.

Legoland Discovery Center | Milpitas

For our younger riders, the Legoland Discovery Center is perfect for a day of exploration. The ultimate indoor Lego playground has 12 epic attractions that include building challenges and pirate adventure land - you might even meet your favorite Lego character. Kids can spend the day bringing their imaginations to life in this awesome themed experience. Lego Discovery center is located at 870 Great Mall Drive just 0.5 miles away from Milpitas Station.

Plank Oakland | 12th St Oakland City Center

Plank Oakland provides an all-in-one experience with brunch, lunch, a sports bar, bowling alley, bocce ball court and an arcade. The expansive space is open seven days a week and has fun activities for all ages. For those who prefer a more adult experience, drop in Friday or Saturday at 8pm when entrance is reserved for 21+. Plank is 0.8 miles away from 12th St Station at 98 Broadway.

Board & Brush | Walnut Creek 

Board & Brush is a creative studio with DIY wood sign workshops for all ages. Adults, grab a few friends and your favorite adult beverage then prepare to get your hands dirty. Art supplies are provided, just bring your creativity for this unique experience. Get off at Walnut Creek and travel 0.9 miles to 1389 N Main St.

Jaguar Karaoke | Downtown Berkeley

Noted as "exciting and safe", Jaguar Karaoke has locations in Berkeley and Oakland. The underground lounge feels like you've entered a secret club with low lights and the rumble of music coming from the rooms. The space is perfect for groups of all sizes, but we suggest making reservations for larger groups. Located just 0.8 miles from Downtown Berkeley Station at 2516 Durant Ave.

Exploratorium | Embarcadero

The Exploratorium continues to be a BARTable favorite for its accessibility and jaw-dropping exhibits. The "public learning laboratory" uses tools and experiences to transform visitors into active explorers. Guide yourself through hundreds of mini "experiments" that will pique your curiosity and prove how art and science coexist. The Exploratorium is located 0.6 miles away from Embarcadero at Pier 15.

Eagle Club Indoor Golf | Powell St

Play and practice out of the rain at Eagle Club. Their practice facility has state-of-the-art equipment, and it's the perfect place for golfers of all levels. Go solo or bring friends for a rousing round. This spot even offers a bar, kitchen and lounge with a pool table and darts. It really doesn't get any better than this. Exit at Montgomery Station and they're located 0.8 miles away at 840 Folsom St.

Dublin Iceland | West Dublin/Pleasanton

Since we're already dressed for the cold, why not enjoy a nice skate around an ice rink? Dublin Iceland's public skating sessions are reasonably priced at $15, which includes skate rental. There are classes for both new and experienced skaters, as well as regular pickup hockey games. There are so many possibilities! Dublin Iceland is 0.9 miles away from the West Dublin/Pleasanton Station.
