Manifestation Art Journals Workshop

Dream your way into 2024 with a manifestation journal. Glen Park Library is hosting a free Manifestation Art Journal Workshop this Saturday, led by Ase Arts. Love the People Block Party

Hosted by the Women of the Black Panther Party, Love the People Block Party is a place for everyone to unite and celebrate Black culture. Dance to a live DJ, enjoy free food and bring the kids to enjoy face painting and other fun activities. Bask in Oakland's legacy at the historic mural house, and take some time to view the landmark's mini museum. Find your way to West Oakland BART and this historic block party will be 0.2 miles away.

Paramount Theater Tour

Originally built in 1931, Paramount Theater has hosted some of the best shows in Oakland for nearly a century. Paramount is one of the finest remaining examples of Art Deco architectural design in the United States.
