Every week from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday through Thursday, you can find a wide selection of food trucks at Levi's Plaza Market, including, amongst many others, The Chairman. Recently hailed as one of the best food trucks in the city by San Francisco magazine, The Chairman specializes in baked/steamed buns with tender pork belly, coca-cola braised pork, spicy chicken and more. Other popular food trucks at Levi's Plaza include Curry Up Now, Buri Buri and Cousins Maine Lobster. Take BART to Montgomery St to enjoy a meal with views of Coit Tower 0.9 miles away at Levi's Plaza.

Grab lunch near the Transbay Terminal Monday through Friday from a rotating food truck selection at Salesforce Plaza. While there's a quality selection to choose from, one of our favorite food trucks is Senor Sisig. Known for spooning Sisig into burritos, tacos and atop nachos, their food is full of flavor. More famous finds include Momo Noodle and Bacon Bacon. After lunch, ride the gondola to enjoy a stroll in the park. Find Roli Roti on Tuesday and Saturday mornings at the San Francisco Ferry Building. Take BART to Embarcadero to find delicious eats 0.2 miles away at 1 Ferry Building. Elena Caballero and her husband Jose Perez started serving tacos from their El Gallo Giro truck over 22 years ago. This Mission neighborhood favorite is one of the longest-running taco trucks in the city. Known for their carnitas and Guanajuato-style chicharrones, you really can't go wrong with anything on this menu. This free and family-friendly monthly event attracts thousands of attendees. Luckily, there are plenty of food trucks to keep them satisfied. Join the community in the KONO District on the first Friday of every month to experience local artists and treat yourself to a wide selection of popular food trucks.
