Inspired by the beer culture in Belgium, a hearty palate and the diverse community in Oakland, Luka's opened its doors in late 2004. Luka’s California-style brasserie is inspired by traditional American, French & Belgian classic cuisine, blending them with fresh seasonal, local ingredients.
