You can’t go wrong with Brenda’s French Soul Food. The popular San Francisco eatery is offering Thanksgiving Turkey Dinner Kits for pickup on Tuesday, Nov. 25, making dinner prep a breeze for you and all your friends and family. Each kit serves 2–5 people and includes a boneless turkey breast, butter-whipped potatoes, braised collard greens, cranberry compote, six ready-to-bake biscuits, and house-made peach jam, with the option to add pumpkin bread pudding for dessert. Thanksgiving at Terrene lets you celebrate the holiday with the flavors of the season, without all the work. Inside the 1 Hotel, Terrene is a sustainably minded restaurant with a special Thanksgiving Day menu curated by Chef Eric Marting. You can order a prix fixe meal or à la carte. International Smoke | Embarcadero

For meat lovers, International Smoke—a collaboration between Michael Mina and Ayesha Curry—is quite the treat. Here, you can celebrate Thanksgiving in the Bay with carving stations of roasted turkey, herb-crusted beef roast and St. Louis-style pork ribs. San Francisco’s British-inspired restaurant is a hot spot for a Thanksgiving Day celebration. The prix fixe menu lets you pick from a menu of delicious options. Start with a wild mushroom tart, a duck Scotch egg, a curried pumpkin soup or a seafood cocktail. Then, move on to your mains: turkey with herb-marinated breast and thyme and rosemary gravy; braised beef short rib; petrale sole meunière with scallops and breadcrumbs; or crispy polenta cakes with burrata, broccolini, cauliflower, and pepper purée. The Financial District’s newly opened eatery, Crustacean, is a non-traditional choice this Thanksgiving. Typical fare includes their famous Dungeness crab and garlic noodles, but this year, you can get a more traditional taste with roasted turkey and sweet potato dumplings—head to Crustacean for a unique Thanksgiving meal, just 0.2 miles from Embarcadero at 195 Pine St.

John’s Grill | Powell St

It doesn’t get much more classic than John’s Grill. Opening in 1908, this San Francisco restaurant has been serving diners for over 100 years. This year, their special holiday menu offers a prix fixe turkey menu with sage sausage stuffing, chanterelle mushroom gravy, mashed potatoes, house-made cranberry sauce and butternut squash soup. You can also opt for the steak and seafood option, which comes with lobster bisque and Caesar salad or the surf and turf option with filet mignon and Maine lobster tail.
