Dublin St. Patrick’s Day Parade & Festival

With three stages of Irish music and dancing, an Irish marketplace with over 250 booths, carnival rides and an international food court — the Dublin St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Festival promises to be quite the event! Don’t miss the Irish Tea Cottage (which includes a commemorative mug) and the annual parade, which the BARTmobile will be driving in. Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in Dublin, just 1.3 miles from West Dublin/Pleasanton.
San Francisco St. Patrick’s Day Parade

This year marks the 174th San Francisco’s St. Patrick’s Day Parade. The must-see event hosted by the United Irish Societies celebrates Irish culture with a lively procession of bagpipers, dancers and colorful floats. This free, family-friendly event begins just 0.1 miles from Montgomery St.

Pi Day is every March 14 and celebrates the mathematical constant pi. Fun fact: if you divide any circle’s circumference by diameter, you always get 3/14. So, on March 14, math lovers can enjoy math-inspired games and presentations, a Pi parade and even a free piece of pie at the Exploratorium 0.9 miles from Embarcadero.
