Watch “All We Imagine as Light” under the stars at the PROXY Walk-In Theater this Friday in Hayes Valley. “Daybreaker” Free Dance Party at Thrive City

Bust a move at one of the coolest dance parties in the Bay Area. Start the morning off at Thrive City with a yoga class before the DJ and a trio of brass musicians join the scene. The dress code is technicolor rainbow florals. Take BART to Powell St and walk or hop on the Muni T to the Chase Center to join the party.

“Night of Ideas” Free Late Night Festival at the Main Library

The theme of this year’s Night of Ideas is (Un)Common Ground. The event encourages participants to explore our territorial, social and emotional values as they relate to our communities through crafts, performances and workshops. The family program runs from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the San Francisco Main Library (338 feet from Civic Center/UN Plaza) and the evening program runs from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m. at both the Asian Art Museum (0.2 miles from Civic Center/UN Plaza) and the San Francisco Main Library.

Spring Art Fair at the IAMI

Support the International Art Museum of America as the monthly art fair partners with over 40 local vendors and artists to offer a fun, family-friendly event. It’s opening day at Oracle Park, and the Giants will face the Mariners to kick off the special season. It’s the 25th year of Oracle Park, and fans can celebrate with pregame ceremonies starting at 12:45 p.m. Cheer on the home team and prepare for an exciting baseball season! "We Them Ones" Comedy Tour at Oakland Arena

BMN Entertainment is known for producing top-tier comedy events, and its new production, “We Them One’s Comedy Tour,” promises to be a standout experience. Expect appearances by comedians Kountry Wayne, Corey Holcomb, Lil Duval, Tony Roberts and Karlous Miller. Laugh all night, 0.2 miles from Coliseum.
