After two years of virtual programming, the 8th annual festival returns with its literary magic and signature community vibe. The festival will offer 100 author talks across 15 indoor and outdoor stages in downtown Berkeley. Come meet some of the most perceptive, spellbinding, lauded authors and thinkers of today, writing in many genres representing a wide diversity of backgrounds.
Stroll 150 literary exhibitors, frolic in the interactive Family Fun Zone, relax with a good book in the outdoor reading lounge sponsored by REI, and grab lunch in the festival food court featuring the women of La Cocina. And you will not want to miss the powerful, eclectic poetry showcase presented all weekend in BART Plaza by the Downtown Berkeley Association!
