Probably the most important bike route in San Francisco, The Wiggle connects Market Street with the west side of San Francisco via a series of quick turns on residential streets. Originally conceived in 1993 by bike advocate and water historian Joel Pomerantz, The Wiggle follows the path of a historic stream bed which mostly avoids San Francisco’s central hills, allowing easy access to the Panhandle, Golden Gate Park, and the western neighborhoods.

Art abounds in BART and there is no shortage of art to experience on your daily commute. The artwork at BART stations also bring each trip to life. The entire system is home to nearly 50 artworks of a vast variety of mediums and forms - mosaics, tile work, paintings and sculptures enrich several stations.
The suffix -silog adds a fried egg and fried rice to any Filipino dish, and that’s just what Tselogs does best. From sizzling sisiglog to the more familiar spamsilog, Tselogs’s most delicious specialties are anything that can be served with a fried egg — meaning almost every Filipino dish.
Translated as Tess’s Kitchen, Kusina Ni Tess serves the Tenderloin community Filipino classics like lumpia, fried spring rolls, and sinigang, a savory tamarind-based soup. It’s hard to find a lunch under $10 in the heart of the city, but Kusina Ni Tess cooks up authentic Filipino dishes for reasonable prices.
