Scrolling through @SFBART Twitter memory lane, part two
The NBA Finals were in Oakland, but the Raptors crossed the Golden Gate Bridge.
Should’ve taken BART https://t.co/ykmWdqLA8U

Service animals are allowed on the trains, even if it's a mini-horse.
This mini horse is a service animal, and the owner provided paperwork to a station agent stating so. After consultation (station agents usually don’t see horses), the horse was allowed in.

An amazing rescue caught on camera.
Here is the dramatic platform video of our humble hero John O'Connor saving a man's life at the Coliseum station Sunday night. John is a Transportation Supervisor and has worked at BART for more than 20 years. An amazing rescue. pic.twitter.com/KrO75nqPYb

BARTposals are a thing and we are totally here for it.
Congrats and all our best wishes to Amit and Anuja, who met on BART and proposed to each other last month on BART!

They first met at Civic Center Station 2 years ago, kept running into each other on the trains, went on a date and the rest was history! pic.twitter.com/ehph6R1qGv
That moment when you statistically prove that trains carry more people underground than cars... Ahem, Elon.
We carry 28,000 people per hour through our Transbay Tube under the bay because of the capacity of a train. That’s nearly twice as much as cars over the bay. Why wouldn’t you prioritize something that carries far more (and safely with automatic train control) over cars? https://t.co/2Hu3uzu2ND

And saying goodbye to a good friend is always hard.
We who got to know Courtney are heartbroken by this tragic passing.
