King of the Streets Hop & Lowrider Parade

Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month in the Mission District with the Lowrider Parade and “King of the Streets” Hopping Competition. The event features over 300 cars, live entertainment and Grand Marshal David Gonzales, creator of the iconic Homies figurines. Check it out around the 24th St Mission.
Children’s Book Festival at Children’s Fairyland

Children’s Fairyland is a fun place any time of year, but their beloved book festival is a true highlight. This weekend, join over 30 beloved and emerging kidlit creators for a day of storytelling, live illustration, youth author readings and community fun. Oakland Roots v. FC Tulsa
