San Francisco’s nonprofit senior dog rescue pampers elder pups 7 and older who’ve been abandoned and nurtures them until they find a new home. Volunteers walk and tend to the resident canines at the headquarters and staff fundraising events. Beware of falling in love; you may end up wanting to take a pup home with you after your shift.
