Lucia's boasts a Stefano Ferrera brick oven and employees who have been trained by a visiting pizzaiolo from Italy. The co-owners hail from Brooklyn and Italy and that culture mashup shines through in the pizza the restaurant offers. Embracing the term, "neo-Neapolitan", Lucia's serves inventive pies such as an option with soppressata and fiery ghost pepper-infused maple syrup or a pizza topped with brussel sprouts and smoked mozzarella. Vegetarian and vegan options are also abundant. In addition to pizza, the restaurant offers wines which have been curated by the co-owner's wife.
