"Equality Without Exception” is the theme of the 45th San Francisco Pride Celebration and Parade. The June 28 celebration (11am - 6pm) is one short block from BART’s Civic Center station. The San Francisco Pride Parade is Sunday, June 28th and kicks off at 10:30am. The Parade can be accessed from any of the downtown San Francisco stations, and BART will provide longer trains to accommodate crowds. With over 200 parade contingents, 300 exhibitors, and 19 stages and venues, the San Francisco LGBT Pride Celebration and Parade is the largest LGBT gathering in the nation. The free two-day event is packed with a wide variety of vendors, artists, music in a variety of genres, performers, dance stages and venues, as well as a family garden where kids can play.
